Das Eagle Hotel ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Urlaub in den Schottischen Highlands. Das denkmalgeschützte Gebäude wurde um 1850 erbaut und wurde kürzlich renoviert.
Es liegt zentral an der Hauptstraße, im Bereich der Erhaltung Dornoch, einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Kathedrale und ca. eine halbe Meile von dem berühmten Royal Dornoch Championship-Golfplatz.
Neben dem Hotel Adler befindet sich das Bankhaus, nur 80 Meter über die Straße. Das ist ein schönes viktorianisches Haus mit privaten Garten..

Golf in Brora wurde gespielt seit 1891. Es ist einen reinen traditionellen Links Kurse von James Braid, wo wenig sich verändert hat, seit Jahr 1923.
Es ist eine relativ einfach Kurse,when es ohne Wind gibt. Aber um ehrlich zu sein die eigentliche Herausforderung ist es, diesen Kurs mit dem Wind zu spielen.
Der Golfplatz hat zwei wesentliche Merkmale, die erste ist, dass Sie keine Markierungen um Ihnen mit Entfernungen zu helfen finden werden, und die zweite ist, dass die meisten der Green-Keeper sind Schafe und Kühe; das ist der Grund, warum Sie Elektrozäunen alle rund um die Greens finden. Eine große Golf-Erfahrung.
